Yes. Our engineers can work with you to develop best suited materials and size of bags.
Q2:When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If
you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us
in your mail, so that we could regart your inquiry priority.
Q3:Can you make bags according to the sample we send?
Normally our customer will provide the original artwork for
printing, if you don't have the artwork, you can send us the
samples, we will checked whether we can get the artwork from the
samples by our professional designer. If it is not complex, the
design is free, if the artwork is very complex, and our designers
will take much time and energy to get the design work done, we have
to charge some design cost. Please understand.
Q4:The shipping cost/freight you quoted is too expensive,is there any way to solve it.
The shipping cost/ freight was quoted by our cooperated shipping
agent, normally the quoted us reasonble price since we have
coopperated in business for more than 6 years. We don't add any
profit for the shipping cost. If you can get some source to find
some shipping agent, you can try to get the price to make
comparation. In this way, you can pay them and they can pick up
your goods at our warehouse.
Q5:How many bags should I order if I want my logo on the bag?
Our minimum quantity of custom logo printing is 5,000 pieces bags, sometimes it depends bag size.
Q6:Can you help with the design?
Yes,we have our design department and expert,but we prefer you already have your own product design.
Also our engineers can work with you to develop best suited materials and size of bags
Q7:If we cant do the sample with my logo?
It is a good idea to get a sample before the mass production,it is the safe way for both of us. But considering the quantity, you can see it is really a small quantity, to produce samples, we have to make plates first, then we can do printing your logo, and for samples making cost, it is almost the same with 1000pcs quantity.In this way, we suggest that we can make the production directly, and we will take care of every step, and send you picture for approval while we do printing, and send you final picture of products before shipment, in this way, you will know your products well and save the sample cost, do you agree?
