Q2. How do I send you the design?
If your e-mail server is available, you can send them directly via e-mail.
If not, we suggest Wetransfer or any other shareable cloud drive.
Q3. How long is the lead time?
It depends on the pouches type and the order quantity. Usually, under 30,000 pcs of pouches for each order, the lead is at most 15 days.
Q4. How can I get a sample from you?
Contact us firstly, and if you need a few specific samples to check the capacity, just give us the type of the pouch, the measurement and your receipt information, the samples will be free to meet you, via DHL, FedEx, UPS.
If you want to run the test of production, it goes to the sample order, because it usually requires hundreds pouches to complete it. The sample fee will be different for different pouches types.
Q5. What if I just start the business have nothing even the machines for filling?
